In the broadest sense, aging reflects all the changes that occur over the course of life. This definition encompasses all of the aging the human body goes through; as opposed to the signs of aging that occur later in life, like gray hair and wrinkles. Talking about aging diseases and glutathione, the definition of biological aging will help explain the importance of glutathione. Biologically, aging occurs when the cell loses its ability to replicate and regenerate itself. Aging is also associated with a decline in the function of the immune system. Ignorantly, many people use the term aging to define some new experiences that happens in their life as they grow older.
